Your fleet tells you where the vehicles went. TrackOps24 can also help you understand how they were driven. Trips are attributed to staff. The history becomes a Driver Performance Score with a confidence level and a verified report.

Safety, speed, handling, positive driving, and consistency are read together. One trip does not define the score.
A 0–100 figure calculated from attributed GPS trips. It is not typed in. Authorised company users see the score, how much driving it is based on, and whether the evidence is enough to call it established.
It is not a hire or fire decision, a disciplinary verdict, a bonus calculation, or a character judgement. TrackOps24 does not use it to choose which response unit is dispatched.
Someone with staff access in the company can generate a Driver Performance Report: score, confidence, driving assessed, and a verification code. The driver does not generate it from their own login.
When an approved release moves a person to another TrackOps24 company on the same server, that company can see the portable summary: score, confidence, trips, distance, and duration. They do not receive the previous company’s GPS tracks, incidents, or clients.
Today this stays on one TrackOps24 server. A profile does not follow a driver onto a different server. Clients never see staff driving scores.
